Jafra, one of the largest direct selling companies in the world selling skin care and beauty products, tapped Connie Tang to be its President in 2008. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Brooklyn, Connie Tang has worked in the cosmetics field for more than 22 years. For 13 of those years she worked at party-plan direct selling company BeautiControl where she quickly rose through the ranks to become Vice-President, Special Markets. When BeautiControl was acquired by Tupperware, someone had to lead the introduction of the newly acquired division to Tupperware’s global markets and Connie Tang was chosen.
